Research Interests
My interests include microbiology, molecular biology and the use of bioinformatics to analyse omics data.
Currently, my work is focused on the search for new antisense RNAs in the cyanobacterium Nostoc sp. PCC 7120 that are involved in the response to different environmental challenges such as nitrogen availability or light fluctuations.
